This is a common question we get and the answer is always the same, maybe!
For most of our Cisco IP Phones you need to be using some type of Cisco based UC or CUCM Call Manager PBX Platform with SCCP or SIP protocol support.
For Polycom IP Phones you need to use a SIP based PBX system. Polycom is the most compatible of the two vendors.
We always recommend contacting your current phone provider or IT department to confirm these phones are compatible with their system. None of the phones we sell at Triton Datacom are compatible with PSTN/RJ11 Analog Phone Lines or Magic Jack (TM).
